Woodland Hills Physical Therapy

Physical therapy has the ability to enhance the functional ability of patients with physical disabilities or limitations. The role of the physical therapist is to fully examine the individual's movement to best restore healthful function. Physical therapists then provide their patient with a plan to obtain a healthier lifestyle, in which they are able to achieve full mobility. Some treatment techniques include; aquatic therapy, soft tissue massage, therapeutic exercise, strengthening exercises, ultrasound, lumbar stabilization, neuromuscular stimulation and much more. The goal of physical therapy is to maximize the patients quality of life by improving movement and functionality. Improving a person's mobility also has a positive impact on their emotional, psychological and social wellbeing.

Our offices assist patients from all ages and backgrounds. When you come to Epic, you are not treated as a patient, but as part of the family.

Happy Birthday to Ross, our Valentine!

Yesterday we celebrated both Valentines Day and Ross' Birthday! Each time it is someone's birthday in the office we have the pleasure of ordering an amazingly delicious and not so nutritious cake. However, Ross does not eat sweets so to show him how much we appreciate him we celebrated over fruit and veggies! Here is a look at Ross' special day- we had to thank him for leading by example to a healthier lifestyle!

 Our nutritious and delicious celebration!
